We collect personal data (name, e-mail, cell phone, address) in order to provide a better service. This data will remain confidential. Access to the information collected is restricted and is only used for communication with the customer, processing and sending their orders, and is not disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the law obliges or when this is part of the provision of a service (for example, sending the order by post or carrier). Third-party services

In general, the third-party services we use will only collect, use and disclose your data to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us. However, some service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide in order to carry out purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal data is handled by them. We would like to point out that certain providers may be located or have facilities located in an area of jurisdiction different from yours or ours. Thus, if you choose to carry out a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which the service provider or its facilities are located. Apothecary Limarosa currently uses the following payment methods:
  • Bank Transfer (no external payment gateway, the data transaction is only between the Client and Apothecary Limarosa);
  • Credit Card (we use Stripe to guarantee total security and encryption of the Customer’s personal data. Stripe’s Privacy Policy can be found here).
