Shipping, Payments and Returns


Orders are sent via our trusted carrier chosen by us, Nacex.

After receiving payment confirmation, the order can be dispatched within 5 working days (subject to stock availability) and delivery is made on the next working day (maximum 2 working days) after leaving our warehouse.

  • For orders to Portugal, the delivery time is between 2 and 7 working days after online payment or sending proof.
  • For orders to Europe, the deadline is 10 working days after payment.
  • Orders outside of Europe may take longer than 10 business days after payment, depending on the destination.

If you wish to change the shipping address of an order that has already been processed or shipped, additional costs will be borne by you.

Payment methods

The available method is bank transfer, which is not a direct payment method.
By choosing this method, you will receive Limarosa’s bank details (IBAN), to make the payment completely independently and external to the website.
After paying for your order by bank transfer, you must send proof by email (to [email protected]) identifying the order number.

When you purchase something in our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect your personal data, provided by you, such as: name, address and email. When browsing our store, we will automatically receive your computer’s IP address so that we can collect information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.


If you want an invoice for your order, you must leave your name, VAT and address information in the respective fields when placing the order.

Returns and Refund

If you wish to return an item you purchased, we inform you that this option only applies to items that
are damaged, whose safety and quality are compromised, or which do not correspond to their initial request.
In this context, we are responsible for refunding the respective amount or sending a new item (after we receive the damaged one).
If you are faced with this situation, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item you wish to return, to the email [email protected].
Exchanges of products you have already received are not permitted.

If an order is not paid after 48 hours of execution, it will be cancelled.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of the item.

Out of stock products

As products are made in small quantities to preserve their maximum effectiveness and freshness, we ask for your understanding that some items may be out of stock.
